Shipping Policy
The cost for shipping is based upon total order amount. Our shipping calculator uses a defined table matching number of bottles and shipping zone within the U.S.A.
Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses and international locations.
Lion Ranch reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers via e-mail you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers’ online sites:

Damaged Packages
Please inspect all packages as soon as they are received. Should any bottle(s) be broken during shipping, please email us immediately or call (408)713-8501 within 48 hours of receipt of your package(s), so that we can pursue a claim with the shipping company. We will arrange to have the wine picked up in most cases. Please keep the original package and its contents exactly as you found them if at all possible. Understand that if the broken product cannot be retrieved, we cannot receive compensation for the loss.

Gift Packaging
Upon request we will write a note to include with your gift purchase.

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipping by calling (408)713-8501. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Refunds
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please call us at (408)713-8501 or send an email to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping charges.
